Invitation to Tender - Provision of Cleaning Services
PCEA Chogoria hospital invites sealed applications from eligible suppliers for the Provision of Cleaning Services – 2025/26 period.
The tender document with detailed specifications may be obtained from the Procurement Office during normal working hours upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Ksh. 3,000 payable through M-Pesa Paybill Number 502052 Account name: Tender.
Prices quoted must remain valid for 120 days from the closing date indicated in this tender notice.
Completed tender documents in well bound hard copies in sealed envelopes with the tender number clearly marked on the top left should be addressed to:

Or be deposited in the tender box situated next to the Hospital Finance Office not later than 29th October 2025 at 10:00am.
Tender documents shall be opened on the same day at 11:30am in the Hospital Board Room in the presence of bidders representative who chooses to attend to witness the opening process.
Late application documents will be rejected/disqualified.
