Patient counselling

Patient counseling is the practice of educating patients on how to improve their health. If patients become actively involved in their care, they may be more likely to engage in significant lifestyle change.

Here in Psychological Counseling Clinic, we work with adults, couples, children and families and we provide a range of psychotherapy services including assessment, diagnosis, and psychological treatment for most psychological and emotional difficulties including:

  • Mood Disorders including Depression, Bipolar disorder
    Anxiety and anxiety based disorders (including General Anxiety, Panic Attacks, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Post-traumatic Stress Disorder, Phobias, Social Anxiety)
  • Alcohol, Drugs and Substance Abuse Treatment
  • Difficulties adjusting to life changes and transitions
  • Relationship issues; couple/ marriage and family therapy, general problems in relating to others, parenting problems.

We also offer mental health talks to institutions and the community at large including schools and churches topics varies from Suicide Prevention, Self Awareness, and Career Counseling e.t.c for more of these welcome to our clinic for special services.
