Comprehensive Care Clinic (CCC)
The P.C.E.A Chgoria Hospital Comprehensive Care Clinic (CCC) opened its doors in 2004 in response to the overwhelming burden of the HIV pandemic to provide quality and accessible HIV Prevention Care and Treatment services to the people of Tharaka Nithi County, Meru County, Embu County and beyond. The clinic started with very few clients in 2004 and it has now grown into a clinic that serves over 2600 clients as of August 2022
The program’s goal is to prolong life and alleviate suffering through promotive, preventive, curative and palliative services with the objective of Achieving the UNAIDS 95-95-95.
We envision a future where People Living with HIV will have every opportunity to access quality health care and treatment services and live in a community that is free of stigma and discrimination.
The CCC is fully donor-funded with partnership from PEPFAR, CDC, CHAK, and GOK through the ministry of Health.
