Scholarship Application Process

Supporting Potential Students

The Clive Irvine College of Health Sciences Scholarship Program is established to support potential students who have not yet been admitted but demonstrate strong academic potential and genuine financial need, enabling them to access training in health sciences.

This scholarship is open to prospective students seeking admission to Clive Irvine College of Health Sciences. Continuing students and students currently enrolled at other institutions are not eligible. Successful scholarship applicants may be considered for admission subject to meeting the college’s academic and regulatory requirements.

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must meet all of the following requirements:

Be a prospective student seeking admission to Clive Irvine College of Health Sciences
Have completed the minimum academic qualifications required for the intended course
Demonstrate good academic background and conduct
Show genuine financial need
Be willing to comply with the application, vetting, and verification process

Failure to meet any of the above criteria will result in disqualification.

Application Procedure

All eligible applicants should follow the steps below carefully:

Complete all sections of the form accurately and honestly
Attach all required supporting documents
Submit the completed application as instructed in the form

Incomplete, inaccurate, or late applications will not be considered.

Required Supporting Documents

Applicants must attach clear copies of the following:

Copy of national ID or birth certificate
Copy of parent or guardian ID
Academic certificates or transcripts from the previous institution
Recommendation letter from a school principal, teacher, or other recognized authority
Any additional documents specified in the application form

INSTRUCTIONS TO THE APPLICANTS

1. Any form of canvassing will lead to automatic disqualification
2. Incomplete forms will not be considered
3. Attach the following documents
a) Applicants identity card
b) National ID copy
c) Copy of KCSE and KCPE certificate
d) Parents death certificate (where applicable)
e) Evidence of previous sponsorship if any
f) Letter of recommendation from your religious leader to confirm that information herein is correct and that you come from a needy background.
g) Letter of recommendation from your respective assistant chief to confirm that information herein is correct and that you come from a needy background.
